What's wrong?

It is probably due to the firewall/antivirus software installed. Please adjust its settings to accept TraCon as a friendly program.

The transmitter output periodically drops down to 4 mA.
Where is the problem?

Some noisy signals can provoke the transient filter to mark them as "too noisy" setting transmitter output to 4 mA.
Switch off the filter by setting Gradient=0.

Cannot download ZIP files with IE7.
What to do?

Change IE7 settings as follows:
1. Start IE and select 'Tools' - 'Internet Options'
2. Open 'Security' tab
3. Click 'Custom level...' button
4. Scroll down to find 'Downloads'
5. Enable 'Automatic prompting for file downloads'
6. Click OK - YES - OK to confirm and save changes

My PC cannot recognize USB transmitter configuration cable.
How to manage this?

You have to download and install updated USB driver:
1. Go to www.ftdichip.com/drivers/vcp.htm
2. Find and click the actual driver version for your OS
3. Unpack the driver and point it when plug the USB cable
